Jennifer Gillis

Jennifer Gillis

Jennifer is the managing partner at Reder Aylwin Gillis P.C. Her practice area focuses primarily on small claims court litigation with a focus on litigation arising from real estate transactions. She has also recovered a significant amount of money for her clients in judgments from both the Ontario Small Claims Court and Ontario Landlord and Tenant Board.

Jennifer also manages the property management division of the firm, providing value added management services to corporate and small landlords alike. Jennifer was an Honours graduate of Durham College Paralegal Post- Graduate program and is a lifelong resident of Durham Region. She enjoys spending her free time travelling with her young family.
Carrie Aylwin

Carrie Aylwin

Carrie is a partner of Reder Aylwin Gillis Professional Corporation. Carrie provides representation before the Ontario Landlord and Tenant Board, her expertise lies in evicting problem tenants, and defending landlords against tenants. She is a Part time Instructor at Durham College teaching the residential tenancies course to paralegal students. Carrie also regularly provides educational seminars to landlords, real estate agents, and investors.

Prior to becoming a Paralegal, Carrie had a successful career for many years in customer relations achieving status as a top performing upper management professional. She is a life-long resident of Durham Region and is committed to giving back to her community. Carrie is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys adventure and working out in her spare time.
Victoria Orlandi

Victoria Orlandi

Victoria is the newest member to the Reder Aylwin Gillis team as an associate Paralegal. She holds Law Clerk and Paralegal diplomas from Sir Sandford Fleming College as well as a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Criminology and Justice Studies from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology and a diploma in Community and Justice Services from Algonquin College.

She has over 10 years' experience working with vulnerable youth in Durham Region and their involvement with the Criminal Justice System. Victoria is committed to her community as an active volunteer. She stays active by playing soccer all year around, taking part in yoga classes and fitness classes at the gym.
Patricia Reder

Patricia Reder

Patricia Reder was born and raised in Ottawa. She attended Carleton University where she obtained her B.A. Pat has worked extensively since 1996 in Small Claims Court and Landlord and Tenant Board, effectively and affordably representing clients.

Pat is now focusing solely on her family mediation practice and is delighted that Carrie Aylwin and Jennifer Gillis will continue to provide top notch legal representation to her long time clients. Pat is always available to share her wealth of legal knowledge and extensive expertise with Jennifer and Carrie.
